Privacy statement
Which data Soluna Sessions processes, why, and what your rights are.
Who we are
Soluna Sessions provides DJs and music programming for venues and events and is responsible for processing your data on this website.
What data we process
- When you send a request: your name, venue or company, email address, phone number (optional) and the details of your event, such as date, city, type of venue, number of guests, budget and preferences. We also record how you found us, for example through Instagram.
- When you apply as a DJ: your artist name, real name (optional), email address, phone number (optional), city, Instagram, your profile photo, links to your mix or press kit, genres, experience and an indication of your fee. We use your profile photo to review your application and, only after your approval, on your profile on this website.
- When we meet at an event (for example ADE) and you leave your details: your name or artist name, Instagram, email address, phone number (optional), your venue and city (optional) and a short note about our conversation. Sometimes we fill this in together with you on our phone.
- When you visit: technical data such as your IP address and browser, which our hosting provider keeps briefly to secure the site.
What we use them for
- To answer your request, prepare a proposal and carry out a booking. This is necessary to enter into and perform an agreement with you.
- To review your DJ application and approach you for suitable bookings. We do this based on your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
- To contact you after an event about working together. We do this based on your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
- To confirm by email that we have received your request, application or details. This is part of handling what you send us.
- To keep the website secure and working well. This is our legitimate interest.
We do not sell your data and do not send you a newsletter without your consent.
Who we share data with
For a booking we share only what is needed for the performance with the DJ involved. We also work with these service providers:
- Netlify: hosting of this website and receipt of forms.
- Airtable: managing requests, applications and bookings.
- Resend: sending the confirmation email after a request or application.
- Google Fonts: the fonts on this site are loaded from Google servers; Google receives your IP address in the process.
- Umami: visitor statistics without cookies and without personal profiles.
Some of these providers process data outside the European Economic Area. This only happens with appropriate safeguards, such as the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
Cookies and storage in your browser
We do not set tracking or advertising cookies. Only for the duration of your visit, your browser keeps your request number and how you found the site (for example through Instagram), so this can be sent with your request. When the Instagram feed is switched on, we also keep a temporary copy of our latest posts.
How long we keep data
- Requests that do not lead to a booking: up to 24 months after the last contact.
- Bookings: as long as the statutory retention period for accounting records requires.
- DJ applications: until you withdraw your consent, or up to 24 months after the last contact.
- Contact details from an event: until you withdraw your consent, or up to 12 months after the last contact if no collaboration follows.
Your rights
You may access, correct or delete your data, restrict processing, object, have your data transferred and withdraw your consent.
