Wellness rave
Sauna, ice bath and house
Sauna, ice bath or yoga, combined with a DJ. Sauna raves are a hit in London and New York, and Amsterdam has already brought coffee rave, sauna and ice bath together. For hotels with a spa and for wellness centres, it is a new kind of event.
- By day or by night
- Alcohol-free
- Spas, wellness centres, hotels with a spa and more
How we do it
Music in rounds
The DJ follows the rhythm of heating up and cooling down: building in the heat, calmer at the ice bath.
With yoga or breathwork too
Start with yoga or breathwork and finish with a DJ set and coffee.
Safe and relaxed
Alcohol-free, with water and mocktails, and clear agreements with your team on capacity and temperature.
A premium experience
Wellness raves are small-scale and special, and are often offered as a premium event.
DJs for a wellness rave
Artists from our network with a warm, melodic sound.
Frequently asked questions
Is the DJ inside the sauna?
No. The DJ booth sits outside the sauna or in a cooler room next to it; only the sound goes inside. We agree this in advance with your technical team.
What do guests wear?
Swimwear or a robe, just like a normal sauna visit. Your spa's house rules apply.
